Divina, you're right, Spirit Tap is very helpful. It did take a hit because of the spirit nerf, but it's still worth putting a few points into. It's been so long since I've leveled that I forgot there are valuable points in the Shadow tree for holy/disc levelers.

Raises hand, I could care less about the achievements. I did like some of the Hallowed End Achievements, and I *did* do the Ahune achievement on my Warlock but, a 70 boss? Come on, we roflstomped him, no fun there. ;)

Regarding the talent link, why not put some points in Spirit Tap for faster mana regeneration. I'm leveling another Priest (Holy) that's where I put my first three points, don't know whether it's different for Disc though. I haven't played my 80 Holy Priest since a few months before patch 3.1 released. Healer burnout from Northrend raiding ---> I needed a break :)

Hey Rod,

Thanks for your comment.

I have a beginners guide on this site that may be helpful but it includes a lot of spells that you won't get until later levels.

I created a spec that I recommend for your level. I used level 36 because I'm sure you're close to there by now if not even further. Here's the link: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#bVcbuhhmR

Instance runs at that level almost always depend on the tank. If he knows what he's doing in terms of stat priority, and mechanics in general, it'll be a smooth and enjoyable run. If he's new to the game, or refuses to learn, then there isn't much you can do as a healer.

For the most part, you're doing it perfectly. Use Power Word: Shield after the tank gets aggro, then throw a renew on him. Fill in the gaps with Flash Heal. Since you don't have Penance yet (an AMAZING spell), you could use Greater Heal if the tank gets into trouble and needs a big heal.

If cheap enough, try to keep some stacks of Scroll of Intellect and some mana potions with you.

Good luck!

Hi there Zejus.

Sorry for the offtopic, but i've just found this site and i really apreciated your posts.

Was wondering: i started a priest and i have been choosing Discipline. He is now level 35. Is there any guide or advice you can give me for healing in instances while levling? Mainly, i use PWS, Renew and Flash Heal.

Thanks for your time.
